    We will contact you a day before your delivery to confirm with you your delivery date and time slot.

    You will receive a 4 hour time slot and couriers will contact you before arriving to your delivery address.

    Returns after delivery

    For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept back any soft goods unless they are returned unused and unopened in their original packaging.

    Beds and  mattresses can NOT  be returned

    In order to facilitate quick deliveries, orders placed with Kasperz Dream Beds are processed immediately, and raw materials, assembly, fabrics & transport will be booked .

    If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order via email kasperzdreambedz@gmail.com .Kasperz Dream Beds will endeavour to reduce any costs of cancellation; however, there may be a partial or entire cancellation charge levied to the customer to cover materials costs as well as the admin fee of refunding the payment
