Shipping Policy

ers are currently despatched throughout the week. Please allow 4 working days for your order to be dispatched or ready to collect to allow time for baking.

    • Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail and as such will be delivered at any time of the day that they are offering delivery.

    • Delivery is not guaranteed for any particular time during the day.

    • Please let us know as soon as possible if your order has not arrived within the time frame. 

Please note that delivery dates may be affected by public or Bank holidays and strikes.


Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your Brownie Box product, please contact us at enquiries@thebrownieboxbyemily.com.

Returns Policy
Our brownies are perishable items and unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund unless the delivery time has not been met or the item is damaged and you have sent photographic evidence. However, please do contact us if you have any problems and we will definitely see what we can do to resolve the problem for you.


Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at enquiries@thebrownieboxbyemily.com and send your item to our return address to deal with them.

To return your product, you should contact us first to obtain a returns address. Unfortunately we cannot deal with any items which have been returned to us without first letting us know.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
