- I aim to deliver goods to you within 7-10 working days with Royal Mail. Unfortunately I cannot confirm an exact delivery date, full tracking is sent upon dispatch to the email address and mobile number supplied on your order screeen. If we are unable to deliver the goods within 30 days of receiving your order, I will inform you, then if you wish, you may cancel the contract and I will refund any money paid by you.

IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH YOUR PRODUCTS FROM PEONY HOME FRAGRANCE YOU CAN REQUEST TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE.
ONCE A PRODUCT HAS BEEN OPENED OR TESTED I WILL BE UNABLE TO EXCHANGE OR REFUND. IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH THE FRAGRANCE.
ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE RETURNED TO MYSELF WITHIN 10-15 WORKING DAYS OF YOUR DELIVERY.
I CANNOT ACCEPT LIABILITY FOR RETURNED GOODS LOST IN TRANSIT.
IF THERE IS A FAULT FOUND IN MY PRODUCTS I WILL REIMBURSE ALL YOUR COSTS
