As these are personalised items, turnaround times can vary but I aim to dispatch all orders within 10 working days. If you require your items by a specific date then please message me before placing any orders.

I do have a rush order charge so please be aware of this when ordering items on short notice.

I aim to dispatch all orders within 10-14 working days of ordering. However, this can be extended for bespoke and personalised orders. If you require your order on a specific date, please message me before ordering. Please make sure all delivery details are correct at the time of ordering as I cannot be held responsible for any lost parcels should it be the fault of your own. All delivery times are estimates only. All orders are sent 2nd class. All items are sent via Royal Mail. Standard Royal Mail processing time is 3-5 days. However in the current world climate these times may be extended. Please make contact if you have not received your order after 10 working days after despatch. All estimates are excluding Sundays and bank holidays.
