Product Safety Disclaimer:
• Always sterilise and properly clean all products with warm soapy water before the first-time usage.

• Check the temperature of food before feeding. Heating may produce localised high temperatures. Take extra care when microwave heating as this can cause problems in the long run. Always stir heated food to ensure even heat distribution and test the temperature before serving.
• The product temperature range is -40°c to 230°c or as mentioned on the product packaging.
• Do not store or leave in direct sunlight or near a source of heat.
• Staining may occur if the product comes into contact with oil-based foods ranging from oil, sauces, carrots, tomatoes, and other food items. Wash the product straight away to avoid staining.
• We cannot guarantee our products will be stain-free for all food this item comes into contact with.
• The suction base is only effective on perfectly smooth, flat, non-greasy surfaces. If a surface is made of wood and slightly textured, the suction may not work appropriately.

Suction Tips:
• Clean the surface to prepare for the bowl application
• The bowl will not have good suction is the surface is not clean or dusty
• Next dry the surface and press firmly in the centre of the bowl
• Apply the centre of the bowl (pressing down on the bowl including centre and sides) then check the suction.
• To release simply lift the tab on the suction base.

Natbebe ships internationally, with all orders dispatched from our warehouse based in Manchester, United Kingdom. All our orders are delivered by Royal Mail, DPD, or UPS. We aim to dispatch your order the same day for orders placed before 3pm and next working day dispatch for all orders placed after 3pm.

If a product is out of stock, you will not be able to order and will be marked as “sold out.” However, you can pre-order and complete the transaction. The delivery date will be on the product description.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept ‘change of mind refunds, returns, or exchanges due to health and hygiene. Please check your order carefully before checkout is complete. Returns are not eligible for normal wear & tear, or rough handling, and incorrect use of our products.

We cannot guarantee our products will be stain-proof for all food any of our silicone products come into contact with and will not provide a refund or exchange on any stained products. Please read our safety and cleaning instructions underneath of each product to avoid staining.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

All our products undergo a stringent quality control check before dispatch. In case of any issues or damage, you have ten days from the day of shipping to check if the products are in good condition.

If you decide that the item is deemed faulty, you can return it to us, but we will not reimburse postage costs, and photographic evidence of your product displaying a fault is required. Please note that any product you return needs to be in the same condition it was delivered. The items you wish to return must be saleable, unused with the original tag and packaging.
