Shipping Policy

All items are postage free and most items items are made to order but I do try to turn the orders around as quick as possible. Cards usually within 2 days and jewellery usually within 5 working days.  Please check my holiday settings are not on if you are in a hurry! If you are in a hurry, feel free to drop me a wee message to let me know. If this is a gift, I can send the item direct if that makes it easier, just message me after ordering and I won't include any paperwork and can add a wee gift card free of charge with your name.

Refund Policy

If not totally happy with the item of jewellery please return within 30 days for refund. Buyer pays return post and only the cost of the item will be refunded. So sorry but I cannot accept returns for earrings due to hygiene reasons. Personalised cards cannot be returned unless there is an error on my part.
