We aim to ship Monday to Friday,. Depending upon the weight of the order, we will use a courier service, Royal Mail or Parcelforce.

Refund Policy

1. Dietary products will only be refunded if they are returned to us within 10 days of the invoice date, and have not been opened. They must be in their original packaging, and undamaged. 2. If purchased on a 3 for 2 deal the whole three packs must be returned, unopened and undamaged. 3. The postage fee will not be refunded if it is not the fault of Ultimate Nutrition Ltd. 4. Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
