Refund Policy
Your items should reach you in tip-top condition. If there are any issues then please do not hesitate to contact me to resolve the issue. Refund of original payment will only be authorised once goods have been returned, undamaged. Postage costs will not be refunded.

Returns are not accepted on any personalised goods or items made to order unless the product is demonstrably faulty. Once submitted, orders cannot be cancelled. Exchanges can only be facilitated once the original item has been returned, undamaged.
