Shipping Policy

Orders up to 5kg in weight valued under £100 are sent via Royal Mail 48 hour tracked delivery. Orders over 5kg or valued over £100 will be sent via courier. Liberty Boutique reserve the right to alter their turn around for orders at any time. Please ensure you check each product's details carefully as some products have a longer turn around than others. The turn around for orders with multiple products will be based on the product with the longest turn around, and despatched all together. Liberty Boutique's turn around times do not include delivery, they are not responsible for any delivery delays that may occur once your order has been dispatched. If your order is returned to Liberty Boutique because you have missed the delivery and did not collect it from the sorting depot, a charge will apply for redelivery. Under no circumstances will a refund be issued for redelivery.

Please ensure you check the size guides for each product carefully, these guides are an estimate and can vary slightly between brands. It is your responsibility to check the size guides prior to ordering, Liberty Boutique will not be held responsible and will not offer a refund if you order the wrong size. All of Liberty Boutique's products come with individual care instructions, failure to follow the care instructions will result in your design fading, peeling etc. Liberty Boutique are not responsible for any damaged products which are a result of not following the products care instructions, and will not refund if this occurs.
