Description

Personalised 20oz skinny tumbler: white with a rainbow shimmer coating, comes with a stainless steel straw & straw cleaning brush.

These personalised, straight skinny tumblers are perfect for keeping drinks cold in the summer and hot in the winter. Will keep hot drinks hot for approx 8 hours and cold drinks cold for approx 12 hours.

All tumblers and straws are dishwasher safe. Please double check spelling for the name, as the name will be copied and pasted into my design software, which will not have a spellchecker.

Shipping Policy

All items will have shipping fees unless stated. All items will be shipped on a Tuesday or a Friday.

All A5 or bigger will be at flat rate of £4.00. large letter or smaller will be at the flat rate of £2.00

ALL items will be sent Royal Mail 2nd class - Signed for.

If a faster deliver is needed then please contact me before purchase.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be given on items that are:

Personalised.

Made to order.

No refunds available on any digital downloads.

Please make sure all item descriptions are read before purchase.

If there is an issue with an item - such as a mistake on my behalf - then items may be refunded once returned to myself at buyers cost. This will then be refunded if/when the items are returned and confirmed no damage has taken place. If there is and issue with an item then please message me asap to discuss the item and to see what can be done to fix it. I will always try my very best to resolve any issues to prevent items being returned to keep costs as low as possible. I always have the customers best interest at heart.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Returns - items may be refunded once returned to myself at buyers cost. This will then be refunded if/when the items are returned and confirmed no damage has taken place.

Cancellations - are not accepted.

Exchange - Items will be exchanged once returned.
