ORDER DISPATCH
Dhl Shipments are processed the same day for orders received before 12.00 noon (GMT) from Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) orders placed on a Friday should be with you on a Monday- exceptions is Christmas with Royal Mail Strike this has a knock on effect so 2-3 days

SERVICE UPDATE
Although 94% reliable, Royal Mail deliveries aren't guaranteed to arrive on your chosen day. Sometimes they can arrive the following day. Due to high volumes, delivery times may take longer than normal. All delivery companies are experiencing high volumes due to ongoing COVID restrictions. As a result some customers may experience slightly longer delivery timescales than usual, Royal Mail are working hard to provide usual standards. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Refunds (if applicable)- all pick and mix and pre selected boxes are non refundable due to this being picked especially for you and a fresh perishable product.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@sugarfinery.co.uk.
Return shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs for returning your item (exception damages) Return costs are non-refundable.
We do advise using a tracked service to return your order as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
