Description

A warm, fruity accord where the succulent contrast of rich plum and juicy cassis drifts into the distinctly, festive essence of cinnamon. All of this is embraced by the warm, aromatic trail of cedar, patchouli, woods, tonka and musky undertones, sprinkled with hints of vanilla

Directions: Apply to damp skin. Lather up and then rinse well.
For external use only. Avoid direct eye contact. Do not use on broken skin.
If irritation occurs discontinue use. Not suitable for children
under 3 years.

Shipping Policy

We aim to ship all orders out within 7 working days (Monday to Friday)

If items are pre orders (this will be stated on the listing) please allow 14 working days (Monday to Friday) to items to be shipped

Free uk postage is sent out 2nd class via royal mail

**Updated 12th June**                                    With the hot weather approaching we will be only posting Monday to Thursday to ensure parcels are not left at the sorting office for too long. If we feel that the weather is too hot to post your order we will always inform you and ask if you want it posted or wait till it's cooled down a bit.                                              Due to the nature of the product it may melt slightly in transit and we can't be held responsible for this 

On hotter days we will send your order 1st class but we can't guarantee that you'll receive next working day 

Refund Policy

We accept refunds if the items are in their original condition and packaging (if applicable).

You'll need to notify us within 7 days of you receiving your order via email twinklemoonboutique@hotmail.com with photos and a reason why you'd wish to have a refund. If a refund is agreed, you'll need to send your item back (postage is not covered by twinkle moon) within 5 working days keeping your proof of postage. A refund of your order will then be processed via the original payment method within 7 working days (Monday to Friday)

Refunds won't be accept if

  • The colour of melts aren't like those in the photos
  • Frosting on the melts
  • Haven't been used correctly ie: with the correct burner
  • Small chips in the melts this may have been done during transit
  • Don't like the smell
  • Changed mind

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

  • Cancellations - please inform us within 24 hours if possible, once its been dispatched unfortunately there's nothing we can do. Custom orders unfortunately can't be cancelled
  • Returns are accepted as long as items are in their original condition and packaging. Returns must be sent back within 14 working days of you receiving your order. Sender is responsible for postage and keeping proof of posting
  • Exchanges are accepted as long as items are in their original condition and packaging. Exchanges must be sent back within 14 working days of you receiving your order. Sender is responsible for postage and keeping proof of posting. Once we've received your items, your exchange will be sent out
