Never Leave an Oil Burner / Candle unattended

Always place burner on a suitable heat-resistant surface (not a table mat)

Never Move a lit oil burner and always wait for it to cool before touching.

Although most Oil Burners can be used with Wax Melts it is advised that great care is taken in how much wax is used.
As every Oil burner is different in size and some will hold more wax than others.

When filling a bowl with oil, it is clear to see when enough oil has been added, and therefore it is easy to see when to stop adding more Oil , so that the bowl/dish does not overflow
Wax melts however, are not in a liquid state when added to the bowl, and they also vary in shape, size and volumes care must be taken when adding wax as it may overflow the bowl.

We cannot make this clearer enough overfilling your burners bowl with wax is very dangerous.

Overflowing Wax Can Cause a Fire.
